Hi may I know how much is the price for higher floors at Block A facing KLCC ah for type D with 1110 sq feet?

All Owners have to work together for the longer term benefit of capital appreciation for this beautiful Zest and not just because of short term gain of getting higher rental returns. I am sure the Owner may also face trouble or be implicated if tenants commit crime, etc in their premise.

So whoever rented it, once they found out that 'sub-letting' activity has occurred, they should void the Tenancy Agreement and start renting it again all over. Perhaps, an arrangement with the Agents could be made to agree that should there be a sublet happening within 6 months it is their guarantee to find a new tenant without any charge.

I guess you can never have a case with zero pak hitam. As long as their population is kept in check should be acceptable, of course we are encouraging owners to be cooperative not to rent out to them in the first place like the saying goes, "Prevention is Better than Cure", right?
