no surprise at all...bukit jalil, kinrara, serdang area lots of middle east and african ppl....no need feel surprise..eventhough much more expensive condo like savanna also lots of african........

But these african seems like the majority group of tenants at bukit jalil/serdang/kinrara area....if not allow them to rent here, there might be problem to find tenant...

those who buy the zest, titiwangsa sentral and axis ampang few years ago...now oledy earn profit near to 1 million.........i know Bro Pai is one of them....congratulations...
