 non-shrink grout, different from cement?

may i know what is non-shrink grout? is not cement? when to use non-shrink grout?

sl2007, if want to cement back the concrete ceiling, must use non shrink grout?

what if after applied the grouting cement, it cannot hack again if leaking again?

no choice, they need to hack to patch it back....

i had asked my current plumber...he said is ok to fix with that then cement back to give another pressure...

if cut and joint, it may come out another problem if not join properly...
