ATM excluded?

just wondering how is the charges for basic saving account?
eg. i am looking at maybank Basic saving account info. It still mentioned 50 cents for 1st 2 transaction and there is no mentioned about IBG only 10 cent after 2/5

i have a question people. why can't i click on my Interbank Giro on my Hong Leong connect service? The rest of it is fine, e.g bill payments etc.

my first 10 cents IBG today and was successful

Tried IBG yesterday morning.
1. IBG from maybank2u BSA -> charged RM0.10. 
2. IBG from HL connect Money Box (Free IBG feature) -> charged RM0.10. 

Done via GIRO or Immediate fund transfer?

SCB also offers the same thing right?

How many free transactions per month?

what's the problem a?
last time i transfer to other bank 'MAYBANK'
after a successful transaction,but few days later they email me that the transaction have failed and refunded~

i use IBG in RHB bank, it charge the service as free... Not understand about 0.10 sen charging made in home page.

RHB to CIMB. Isit the IBG means transfer to overseas bank? i though different bank transfer call IBG

I do not know if this is the right place to ask. I made an online IBG transfer d other day and was told that it failed (with message from the bank). So I made another transfer.

However, later it showed that both were charged and this was confirmed by the bank that both transaction were successful despite giving me a notice that the initial transaction has failed.

Now the bank ask me to provide a authorization letter to cancel the payment. Anybody knows how to I write this and whom do I give it to or something?

Senior, need some advice here.

I'm trying to use the IBG transfer to pay my Condo Management fee. It is park under CIMB Bank with account name 'JMB-PV10(MF)'.

Now my problem is, when I try to key in M2U Recipient name, it does not allow any Symbol or Numeric in the Recipient name column. So in that case what should I key in? Even there is the recipient mobile number, can I just key in my number? Is the Recipient name important that must be match with the Account Number?

Sorry, no experience on this type of transaction.

I call up CS, they say should be fine, as long as the Account Number is correct.

So I did my transfer yesterday before 12pm. By today the Recipient still have not received? Is that normal?

I thought, the conditon is if I transfer before 12pm, it should be received within the same day. Which work very well for me to transfer to UOB all these year. I just double check the next day, sure received.

Is that due to this account is Current account or due to CIMB? 

That'll be similar fee from Maybank too right?

Have anyone experience this before since end of may I made interbanking with and requested for PAC number thru mobile phone but I only received the PAC number the next morning!!!

It happen many times till today and make complain but still no reply from bank!!!
