How the new P70 Plus work?

Does it mean that every month I need to pay RM120 for 2 sim card?

For example 0111111111 is P70 pay RM70/month
While 01222222222 subline for P70 thus need to pay RM50/month ?

If next time the 01222222 want to MNP out to celcom then how? Can subline MNP out while 01111111 is still stay at P70 ?

if supp line going to mnp out in next time, either seperate ur supp into single main line / prepaid first
or port all main and supp together
