Hi sir, do you have nano sim? Last time I changed hp had to cut the already cut mini to micro to nano some more, seems like my phone can't get stable line. Side by side my friend's hp shows 4g mine 3g/E only. Is the cutting might be the reason to this?

1st, u might try to active ur LTE 4g first to check if ur phone able to connect to 4g or not by
sms LTE ON to 28118 to make sure ur sim is 4g activated
or try ur card on another 4g phone
if still unable to connect 4g then only consider to exchange a new usim

You can't port either your main or supp only
Must port all main and supp together or, separate The supp into another single main line before porting to umobile
Otherwise digi sure reject your request
