double check see whether the company existed first or not. Got this kind of scam also before.

As far as I know Royal Mail only have Airmail, Airsure or International Signed For option. Even using Airmail...packages from UK usually take about 5-7 days to arrive in Malaysia..but sometimes it can take longer. I've ordered many items from UK and usually have no trouble getting my parcels. Do take note that Airmail do not provide tracking. Tracking only available for Airsure and International Signed For. However for International Signed For..tracking can only be viewed within UK only.

According to Royal Mail website...they can only track all International Signed For™ items until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. However, they can’t track your International Signed For™ item all the way to delivery in every instance.

How fast is International Signed For™?

If you're using International Signed For™ with Airmail delivery, their target time is three working days to Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe and seven working days for the rest of the world. By Surface Mail, it may take up to two weeks for Western Europe, four weeks for Eastern Europe, and up to twelve weeks elsewhere. For faster delivery times you should use Airsure®, if it's available for your destination.

Perhaps you should confirm back with your seller whether they are using Airmail with International Signed For or Surface Mail with International Signed For because Surface Mail takes longer to arrive in Malaysia compared to Airmail.
