I would suggest we file this case to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims. In preparation for this, please download and fill in the required forms here:

Since we have all his details, it will be easy to proceed with this.

My suggestion is u guys (4 person at least rite) go to police station nearest to his house to report him, and with his address, IC altogether, the IO (in-charge officer) can go to his house with u guys. don't wait.
