Item being sold/bought: Jusco Vouchers

Date of transaction: 22 Feb. 2011

Details of the complaint : I will make it simple, in points form below.

- Seller agreed to sell me the vouchers worth RM500 at RM400.
- Both agreed to use postage as he's outstation.
- Both agreed 50% payment before seller send out the item, and balance 50% after I receive the vouchers.
- Bank in RM200 into his Maybank account on 22/2/2011 at 10.35pm (I have the receipt, will post it up later).
- Seller told me he will send by Kangaroo Express.
- After about 1 week, seller called me and informed me that the parcel was returned to him. Agreed to COD as seller claimed that he will come over to my area once his car is repaired.
- Since then many excuses are given by the seller: next week, next week, and next week again and again.
- Seller seldom online here in Lowyat, so I gave him the benefit of doubt that he's busy. Therefore I didn't create any dispute case here.
- But found that he's active back since few weeks ago.
- Given final warning to seller 2 weeks ago via SMS as well as PM, but no reply from him eventhough he's online most of the time.
- Therefore decided to create this dispute thread as the 1st step of my actions, before proceeding to the next steps.
- Seller has also asked money from another forummer (KaWaii-Eshop). Will ask him to show proof here as well.
- In this seller's thread (HERE), he claimed that his item was sold to someone but turned out it's not. Seems another scam case.
- Seller is posting actively again (HERE). Seems like he has many phones for sale.

Therefore I would like the moderator to put a 'Dispute' tag on him until this case is settled, to prevent more victims just in case!

I would like to propose 3 options for seller to close this case:
1) Refund my RM200
2) Send me Jusco vouchers worth RM250 (as per original agreement)
3) Send me Jusco vouchers worth RM500 and I will bank in RM200 to seller (as per original agreement)

I demand seller to contact me and solve this case within 1 week from today, or further actions will be considered.

I reserve my rights in regards to any further action.


Update on amount 'cheated' by him:
1) atah -> RM200
2) KaWaii-Eshop -> RM100
3) telomasen88 -> RM750

Hopefully no need to extend this list anymore.

Yes, you are correct. Not only on 10.53pm but already online here a few times after I posted this thread and PM him about it. I'm sure that he has read the PM as well as this thread.

Maybe mod can check his IP, whether he's in KL or JB/Seremban as he claimed.

Many thanks Apis for the info. He told me the vouchers are won from some gaming competition as well.

As I mentioned above, I'm giving him 1 week from yesterday to solve this. I have a plan for next step, will let you know if there's no reply from seller within 1 week.

Seems that he's now really into 'turbo' mode on trying to trick people.

Since we have 2 bank accounts now, any bank officers can help to get the address?

I would suggest, once we have the address, we shall organise a 'trip' to his place.

I don't mind if he pays back in installment, but must get him to reply black and white here in this post.

I have updated the title of this post to include his name, since now it's proven that he's a 'pro' scammer.

I will also update the amount of each of us got cheated, what's your amount?

My next step is to file to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims, as it's considered a legal offense if he still don't want to pay back:

But we will need his address to deliver the tribunal claim documents to him.

That's exactly what I'm doing here. The main reason I created this thread was because I noted the seller was very active posting in the past few days. The seller was dormant for the past few months. This thread is to avoid other people from falling into similar traps. You might be right that getting back the money is secondary, but for RM750 it's not a small matter.

Seller contacted me yesterday and offered to refund RM100 (50% only). I have rejected it and asked for full refund. But seller has been quite since then

How did u contacted him? I can't seems to get through his phone. PM also never reply.

Seller PM me yesterday, promised to refund on the 25th this month. The reason given was he has just refunded RM800 to someone. I hope that telomasen88 has got back his money.
