Unifi Unifi IPTV error, help..

Hi guys, anyone having problem wif their unifi iptv connecting to the server?

i kept on getting this prompt out window error:

ErrorCode: 102011

Failed to synchronize time. The TSTV feature may be unavailable.

and the error at the back is:

ErrorCode : 108001
The page cannot be displayed. Please reboot Set-Top Box.

Is this related to the recent UniFi connection problem? i just subscribe UniFi last Saturday and it was tested ok... just that tonight i try cannot d.. sad.gif

Any help will be much appreciated!! notworthy.gif

Did you move IPTV connection on router? The IPTV must always connect to port 4 of D-Link router, nowhere else.

If you using different router from D-Link given by TM, make sure the router is bridging VLAN 600 to the port the IPTV is connected to.

No wor. i didnt move anything. Port 4 the red color one. No i suing TM D-Link router. Today just installed Unifi.
now only can watch channel 150. I try CH+ the channel still 150. weird.

That means TM still activating your service. If by tomorrow morning still cannot, call TM.

1. Go to IPTV Diagnostic Tools by pressing #2684#

2. If Step 1 is RED:
- Check ur DLink / ONU /Modem is it on.
- Check RJ 45 ,retighten

If Step 2 -3 is RED:
- Reboot DLink, ONU/Modem and STB.
- Check DLink setting, ensure Dlink LAN port is connected to WAN connection 2, DLink WAN
connection is Bridge Mode and bandwidth is 10/100 Mbps Auto.
- Check RJ45 from BTU to ur DLink, check fiber.

If Step 4-6 is RED:
- Contact UniFi Centre

But now i can watched but kind weird only can watch.1 channel.

but they always guided me unplug cable or restart router .
but also to no avail.
and mentioned maybe my account is not activated.
but as i checked online its activated 31st dec.

yahoo finally my iptv problem is solved. thanks to unifi technician. hehe.

funny... just in business for 2 or 3 years, unifi gives problems.... what will happen in the FUTURE when there could be many subscribers????... definitely will become slow like streamyx... promise 5Mbps, but actually download 0.5Mbps...

my area not much usin unifail
n somemore im vip 20

then they didnt send me the hardcopy of bills
the first few months they send
later they didnt send

so i owe them a few months
ask them why
they say its default usin email
then how come at first it was thru post
they went silent
then ask
if u wan the hard copy
will b charged rm8

they usin premium paper
or just toilet paper
other company max itemised billin i believe is rm5
n its more than 5 pages

anyway... regarding ur problem, u got a defected Set-Top-Box. Called up the UniFi support and request for a change. Just insist the operator that ur STB is broken one and ask them to send technician over with a new set.

I have just changed to D-Link DIR-850L due to Gigabit support. I am getting HyppTV error code : 108001.

How can I get it to work? Pls help cry.gif
