Did you move IPTV connection on router? The IPTV must always connect to port 4 of D-Link router, nowhere else.
If you using different router from D-Link given by TM, make sure the router is bridging VLAN 600 to the port the IPTV is connected to. |

That means TM still activating your service. If by tomorrow morning still cannot, call TM.
