since u found it on rtm spares.. perhaps check with them if theyre able to send it to russia?

but if he can get someone to buy from a sparepart shop here, it'll be much cheaper.

when i bought mine, it was rm12 only . so when add shipping, should still be cheaper than buying from australia

And shipping from Malasya realy cheapest :-)

if you use the parcel airmail method, its RM50.50 for the first 250gm and RM11.30 for every additional 250gm

so assuming the shipment is below 500gms, it will only cost you about RM60+ to ship it over to Russia
