Ya la, but just now you said when using tweak to change boot anim, stuck at htc screen right. So above method is an alternative method. 

And I always use my own way to change the boot anim. Some user in XDA also reporting same issue like what you stated earlier.

But not for too long. 
Why..? Sked ah..? Chicken ah..?

Hi there. Yes, your step correct. But do checkout Front Page, post #6 (Rooting Guide). Better use UMT or AAHK, easier for you to downgrade.

You will get custom kernel when you flash custom rom, it's in the rom. included with. 

no la.. very easy method one.. 

Then i guess is time for you to flash to v4..but beware during the first boot..u will spin ur head round n round n dizzy..haha..user of v4 should know wat i mean
Bro, there's oredi lots of mod available for v4..you shud check their support thread...lots of batt mod with ics animation..i'm using ics hd theme..not bad thou
huh...really? i din notice it..but my fren flash to 12.62 radio when in v3.3..so far battery everything ok wor..i believe mayb those ppl who flash radio din flash the correct RIL..same as my fren..after he flash to radio 12.62, he din flash RIL, battery drain like hell...but after mentioning to him n flashed da correct RIL everything is fine now wor..
