currently baseband is I9001DXKJ1 after upgrade...does any1 diff with me?
anywayz...feel that the battery life is improved....
and...can any1 here tell me...how come my RAM only show 352 instead of 512?my friend in samsung galaxy SL show 4xxmb...= =thats makes me feel lame~!

becuse some of it is being reserve of the OS. anyway even though we get low memory there is no lag. can play gameloft HD games nice and browsing all no lag.. so no worries icon_idea.gif

no it wont....messages will not be kept...i suggest u download sms back up and restore from market...copy that .xml file first then restore afterwards..if u wish to keep the message la...afaik, after upgrade, no data loss but may experience some bugs til u wipe clean ur hp..

hi....new user sgs plus...just finish update my firmware to after 5+ fail...(kies not that stable i think...zzz)...1 of things i find out the camera cmpression has been a lil bit better...got 1.2mb++ for 1 pic cmpare to 800-900kb before..1 tng i want to ask...if we upgrade the firmware..does it suppose to delete all of our personal data like cntact n mssage n our apps?bcoz it dosnt seem so to me...evrythng just like before but the firmware version does chnge to 2.3.5

but some ppl says it is recommended to do a factory reset after flashing new rom though

i want to ask something.. may i setting my sgs+ only to send and received sms & mms only? i dont want my credit used for internet b'cos i only use celcom normal plan..

make sure u off data in settings, mobile network. u turn this off confirm 100% ur phone will not auto connect. but mms will not work, cause it needs packat data aka data to accept and send mms.

Let me teach you how yo do it. First you restore the default setting in Access Point Names, you tick the Use packet data, you try to sent one mms,after you successfully sent one, you go in the Access points names. there will be 2 APN there. you delete APN for the internet one. Done. you can sent and receive mms but no charge for internet because the access point is deleted. Reminder : you need to do it all over again next time you reboot phone,understand?
