faruqi has ideas but his execution failed him. i think we miss safiq's composure last nite. the game is lost when singapore leveled. if it has stayed at 1-0, im pretty sure will score the second.

MotM: Apek. He saved us from being humiliate by the Singaporeans. Poor Safee Sali had to come down to get his own ball.

Yesterday I had the best experience ever. Malaysian chanting all the way (first half and after second half) When SG score then all diam diam lol.

Anyone have any idea who are the bunch of red shirt "orchestra" with the Tentera name behind their back?

1. Next time, do NOT boo national anthems. Regardless of who the other team is. WTF? Are u ppl 8?

2. Singapore time wasting tactics should not be condone or considered part of the game. It's cheating n purposely disrupting tempo. it could have been done football wise i.e knocking d ball around and short passes in your own area. much mo acceptable.

3. The defence did ok imo except right back. it was d midfield tht left gaps. imagine gk without defence. our defence were w/o midfield last night. Kunalan is tireless goin forward but did not track back often enuff. centre we need a quality backup. cant depend on shafiq being available every match. Cant depend on matyo+safee always available either. current backups are way below standards even for us.

4. We matched Singapore in Jln Besar. Unfortunate for conceding 5. If Safee had a decent partner then, it wud b 5-5. Last night we were not getting d passing right. Safee scored from d one time he had space, ball to feet. Singapore shd play football n i think the crowd would not leave with a bitter taste in their mouth had Singapore jst played football n not b in awe of our grass. They threatened bcoz we played football. We didn't partly bcoz whenever we were on top in d game, 3 singapore players would cry "career threatening injury" at d slightest touch.

5. Us not giving bk the ball after it was thrown out for d injury to headache Singapore keeper, I'd normally not condone but it was justified as payback for their tactics. keeper got yellow carded for his theatrics as well so ref himself thought d same. The Men that cried Wolf!

6. Back to national anthems. Booing it would give mo motivation for the opposing team. Hence, the boo boys got wht they deserved. unfortunately, not everyone booed n those tht didnt suffered.

Did anyone see tht Bennett dude try to antagonize the fans after they scored?

coach shud be more tactical wise. his current tactics are not strong enuff. he has his squad (most of them) playing together for 3-4 years.. he shud know by now strength/weaknesses of his players.. their capabilities.. therefore boleh come up with different tactics for any game.. ini tidak.. repeating bende yg sama padahal dah tau taktik tak menjadi.. silap percaturan pemain.. waduh.. waduh..

ok before i read the rest of your post, let me rebuke you that many of US here did not and still do not condone the booing of others' national anthems. So come down from your high horse and stop lecturing in a general sense. thank you.
