the infection started just after the 5 yrs termite infection warranty provided by the developer expired. so now, question is should i proceed with further termite infection control, possibly from stoppest (due to good service for pjusa) or should i wait until there's further infection? i have yet to repair the damage done by the termites.
appreciate your feedback on what's the appropriate measure i should take. i'm living in the house now.

give 5 years warranty, he claim must do drilling, then he will free spray on the termite on staircase, he claim once he do drilling (1day can complete) then reno star working the termite will sure run around, but they will end up knocking to the chemical that has been injected to the underground and die
