QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 1 2011, 06:26 PM)
1. Annual Income: RM36K to RM48K (Only started to work. blush.gif)

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must.

3. Card required for: Cash rebate, groceries, electronic gadgets, good installment plans and petrol.

4. Existing credit cards if any: CIMB Direct Access (Gold MasterCard), Maybankard2Gold Cards (AmEx + VISA)

5. Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: Any bank

6. Estimated Spending per month with the card: Less than RM1K (usually) else less than RM 2k.

Can recommend me a credit card? Plan to add one soon or maybe in January 2012. smile.gif

I glanced few times to double checked if it was really fruitie that posted here laugh.gif

I think you should get the OCBC Ti. Probably the best card to go with M2C. It does not really have attractive installment plans but for you have Maybank for that.

Before getting the Ti, I used to wait till the weekend to swipe everything. I even pumped RM 5 before on a Friday just to bring me home and pump full tank on a Saturday. (tallking about kiasuness doh.gif ) But since I gotten the Ti, I alternate those cards between weekdays and weekends and I think it is working quite well so far.

No harm applying for it since your income is sufficient enough for the Ti.

I had my OCBC application rejected 2 times and only got approved on the 3rd try. All this happened in the time frame of 2 months.

First time I did not submit enough document, 2nd time I was categorized under high risk. Appealed and I got it after the second time.
