From your blog about MBB 2, I saw the following when compared to OCBC TMC
QUOTE
MBB 2 Amex overseas transactions are subjected to 2.5% Admin Charge but with 5X maybe this is acceptable vs. a lower overseas conversion rate with OCBC TMC (do note again that the RM50 cap which may limit the usefulness of OCBC Titanium MasterCard for overseas spending
What about if I make online purchase (Amazon, games subcriptions and etc) with MBB 2 Mastercard (instead of MBB 2 AMEX), would the admin charge be at 2.5% too?
What's the admin charge with OCBC TMC?
Isn't the currency conversion rate the same for all banks?
Added on March 30, 2012, 4:37 pm1. Annual Income:
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must (Preferbly)
3. Card required for: Better rebate/cash back (both if possible). Normally spend on petrol, annual insurance payment and online purchases/spendings
4. Existing credit cards if any: AMEX Gold card...
5. Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: None, mainly depending on the usage in item 3.
6. Others: Don't care if it gives rebate/cash back/points card as long it gives the best value for money back. But it seems like probably MBB 2 Cards and OCBC TMC so far. UOB One Card not bad too with petrol at 5% and can get up to RM50 rebate just petrol category alone based on this website, http://www1.uob.com.my/personal/cards/cred...b_one_card.html
7. Estimated Spending per month with the card: Around RM800-1500 monthly. Annually close to RM3k on insurance (GE).
