Same thing for your case, you got to decide you want Airmiles or Cash Back.

click here to read my article Entry Level Credit Cards - Which Is The Best For You?

Also check out OCBC Titanium Mastercard which may be just the right card for you since you spend below RM1K/month.

And did you actually read the first post? With RM1K spending, hye have said it will take you 9 years just to redeem for a ticket to SG!
Sorry, edit my details. smile.gif

1. Annual Income: RM36K to RM48K

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must

3. Card required for: Petrol (Only pump Esso Mobil during weekend), Cash Back/Rebate (Mainly used for dining, movie(GSC mostly, BIG cinema occasionally), groceries(Tesco, Giant, Carrefour, Jusco) and utilities(electric, water, internet)), Overseas Transactions, Free LCCT Lounge Access

4. Existing credit cards if any: Nil

5. Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: No idea.

7. Estimated Spending per month with the card: Less than RM1K

Can recommend two cards since maximum card per person 2012 onwards is two right? blush.gif

Bro, take away the LCCT airport lounge and movies the best card will be OCBC TMC for cash rebate. But you may also consider MBB 2 cards where with the AMEX you can earn more on weekends for petrol and groceries.

Click here to my Cash Back page in my blog. From there click on UOB link and see my 2 tables and if you got time read the articles and I am sure you will conclude with me that OCBC the best for your case.

After read your blog, seem the best card for me are OCBC and Maybank 2 card. thumbup.gif Can I apply credit card now as I just worked for 3 months. Monthly salary is RM2800, 13.5 month. hmm.gif

Currently I have OCBC Titanium, Maybankard 2 and Standard Chartered. I'm thinking to get another Citibank Clear card for movie purpose. Is it the best card for movie? Also, is there any card that offer more than 1% cash back for expenses (exclude from petrol, groceries, utilities), eg, car workshop, online shopping etc.
