I'm not on any credit card yet.
Income is only 2k p/m (not including side income)
any bank have high chances of approval since i do not have any cc yet?
Applied for citi before but got rejected for dunno wtf reasons

1. Annual Income: RM24K (main income with payslips)

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Must~

3. Card required for: Petrol/Groceries

4. Existing credit cards if any: Nil.

5. Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: Any as long as approval can be done without much hassle

7. Estimated Spending per month with the card: <RM2k

Hi Guys,
Just got my HLB Classic, AmBank Gold and CIMB classic.
But dunno should i cancel HLB or not. Since what i know the benefit of HLB is only points and installment @ 6% which is relatively high.
Any advice should i keep HLB on top of the other two cards?
Thank you.

you got to detemine if the HLB card will reward you more than RM50 to cover GST.

Maybe i'll just have to bear with it for 1 year then cancel it.
So i can utilize the RM50 GST for the first year tongue.gif
Since this is the first card i got before CIMB approved me (rejected twice before got my HLB)
Haha.
And also, the 1 year GST is charged which way? I got my card on Apr 2011, the next will be charged on Apr 2012?

If your CIMB Classic is a Mastercard, I think you can utilize it better at Giant/tesco/kfc/guardian on Sundays. That RM50 GST can be earned back in very short time.
