with your income, you have many options.
1st to consider is
OCBC Titanium MasterCard where you can earn 5% cash back for your Petrol and Dining and if your shopping include groceries. Only thing is the cash back is capped at RM50/month and no rewards points awarded.
Next will be
Maybankard 2 Cards where you'll earn guaranteed 5X Treats Points and EXTRA 5% cash back on Saturdays and Sundays (also capped at RM50/month) if the merchants accept AMEX. Many merchants do offer 0% installment plans for Maybank Visa and MasterCard and to see which merchants offer
0% installment plan for American Express click here.Only thing is your movies, if you do indeed go often and on Fridays, then Citibank Clear Card is good.
The UOB One Card which earns you 5% cash back for Petrol also earns you 5% cash back at GSC.

Now, if the banks are not satisfied with your documents proofing you present income, just wait till April next year when you will have to submit your BE form. As for CL, no one knows. But if you really want high CL, the go get a American Express Charge Card.
