Hey Im asking this on behalf of my parents...

1. Annual Income: RM48 to RM60K

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Maybe?

3. Card required for: List all your needs.
Petrol @ Esso/mobile (about 3k+ petrol per month) well, thats why im asking here.
Education in US, Shopping cashback, pay utility bills, points.... I dont know. seems like petrol is the one they spend most on.

4. Existing credit cards if any: none

5. Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: RHB, Public Bank, others will be fine if the beneficial is better than others.

6. Others:

7. Estimated Spending per month with the card: ~RM5K
