1. Annual Income: ...

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must

3. Card required for: Petrol, Cash Back/Rebate, Overseas Transactions, Online Shopping & bill payments, General retail shopping, Dining out, Government Assessments and other bills.

4. Existing credit cards if any: UOB One, MBF, Giant Citi, CIMB Master World

5. Looking at CC from: Maybank 2 Cards

6. Others: Just want some opinions. Looking at using the card to pay bills online via M2U. Also want pay my card using M2U instead of banking in cheques to the other banks, since my main accounts are with MBB. Also thinking of cancelling the UOB one card and getting this 2 cards for petrol, rebate and collect points at the same time. Any suggestions on should I get Maybank2 cards or consider OCBC Titanium?

Agree with fruitie - main use for AMEX.

if you refuel at petronas, then go for the Maybank Petronas card.

and the 2 cards have a combined credit limit.

i personally think maybank cards are good for their treat points.

Hi guys,

Would be thankful for your kind suggestions. Basically I travel overseas most of the time. Unfortunately my basic salary only entitles me to RM10k limit by Maybank 2 card even after applying for credit limit increment for 2 times.

I would need a higher limit CC and provides more treat points on hotel payments.

1. Annual Income: RM50k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must.

3. Card required for: Mostly for overseas hotel use.

4. Existing credit cards if any: Maybank 2 card

5. Looking at CC from: Please suggest.

6. Others: Estimate to spend about RM10k/mth on overseas hotel. Flight tickets are bought by company. Would prefer a card which could give me the most benefit in terms of points.

Thanks in advance!

side track a little, does your company gives you AMEX charge card? it's quite taxing for the employee to spend that much a month without a company charge card.
