2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must. 3. Card required for: Cash Back/Rebate Only, AirMiles, Overseas Transactions, Online Shopping, % installment plan, Retail shopping 4. Existing credit cards if any: Citibank Platinum (Supp) 5. Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: Standard Chartered, Maybank, Citibank 7.
