6. Others:  I am used to pay debt via interbank transfer, has account with CIMB, HLB and HSBC. Preferably cash back and rewards point, would want to use the point to pay off service tax.

7. Estimated Spending per month with the card: Less than RM1K, normally. sometimes my spend reaches 3k-5k a month.

I am looking to change because HLB implemented a new security feature which is not accepted by a number of merchants, for example Valve software as their site do not have options for the feature to take place. Hence no purchases can be made and as for benefits, the MTV card does not give as much as others do such as insurance or movie or dine-in
