I'm looking for CC that allows the credit to be converted into 'personal loan' at a good deal.

eg. Maybankard Ezcash can convert 90 percent of credit limit to cash (deposited into Maybank account) at a one time interest of 3.88 percent. After that only need to pay back instalment for six months, interest free.

In a way, this is a cheaper way of getting 'personal loan' compared to the normal ones which interest is much higher per annum. Are there any other credit cards that provide this service and is as good as or better than Maybank? Please advise.
