Hello, would appreciate some help to decide on my first credit card. Details as follow:

Annual Income: RM47k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: must

3. Card required for: balance transfer, installment.

4. Existing credit cards if any: mbb2,cimb classic.

5. Looking at CC from: thinking of upgrading cimb, cuz of their installment and balance transfer is not bad on interest. But still, is there any better card? looking for lowest interest on 12month and above for balance transfer or installment flexi plan.
