hi, need some recommendation
1. Annual Income: RM48 to RM60K

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: yes.

3. Card required for: petrol, grocery, 0% interest installment plan for furniture and electronic stuff

4. Existing credit cards if any: Nil.

5. Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: need advice

6. Others: my friend is a malaysian who works in Singapore, she doesn't have a credit card before and would like to apply one for petrol in malaysia and furniture installment plan.
