Recommendation for Credit Cards V1, TQ to contributors ! (From MOD)

Hi. I would like to get some recommendation for CC.
1. Annual Income: around RM33K
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Preferred
3. Card required for: Mostly petrol and cash back.
4. Existing credit cards if any: nil.
5. Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: OCBC titanium, maybank Amex or you recommend.
6. Others: Nothing.
7. Fixed expenses per month with the card: petrol around 200, dining 200, movie 50, others 100
8. Non-fixed expenses but recurring in RM: nothing yet.
