hi experts, need some advise from u guys since i don't have any experience using cc.

annual income: RM48 to RM60K

Free Lifetime Annual Fee: no.

Card required for: Petrol, Cash Back/Rebate Only, Installment Plans.

Existing credit cards if any: Nil.

Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: Not sure.

Others: Actually I want to have a credit card because my wife is pregnant and i worried that i dont have enough money to pay for hospital charges. so, i want to have a cc as a backup incase of emergency and i might as well use it for petrol,cash back and installment plans.

Fixed expenses per month with the card: RM350 petrol, RM200 Dining

Non-fixed expenses but recurring in RM: RM1600 for housing loan monthly, RM2K for new gadget.
