For cash back, you can look into UOB Once Card where it will give you 5% cash back for petrol and 2% for groceries. Goto UOB Thread or click below link to read about it where I did a table comparing cash back cards. Annual fee waive if swipe once a month.

Well, Citibank, until end of the year, you can get free 1 for 1 free movie ticket at TGV (max 2 for 2) on weekends smile.gif However, you mentioned that annual fee waiver IS A MUST, for Citibank cards, there  are no auto waiver but you got to call them to request.

Hi, thanks for replying, it seems like MB2 Cards is good as well..  rclxms.gif
But I am confuse, the GST is imposed to AMEX and VISA/MasterCard as well so means RM50 each total RM100? lolx
The AMEX 5% weekend cash rebate is attracting.. and TP x5..
Hmm, Petronas is not accepting AMEX rite?  hmm.gif

haha, would love that since I need some income.

But because we all are unbiased in our recommendation, it does shows that Maybankard 2 Card is indeed great for general local transactions at places that accept AMEX. If some other bank(s) were to pay me something, then my recommendation might me different where I would highlight the benefits of their cards instead of promoting MBB 2 for FREE  laugh.gif
