NOTE: I am not APPLYING for a new card but I want to CHANGE my current EON Classic card to other banks. Please advise on this. Thanks!

Sorry if my message was unclear. I read about 'Balance Transfer' and seems that I got confused.

Say that I want to ditch my EON Visa card and transfer everything to a new bank, say Maybank or CIMB, that is called Balance Transfer right? I need to apply for a new card with them only then the balance transfer would take place? Any recommendations of any cards that I should opt?
