Got another reply from them, SWTOR Customer Service is seriously SCREWED UP.
I have wrote them 3 mails , all of them seems to be AUTOMATED , none of the replies help at all .
I have included them in here .
Also as a warning to the fellow gamers , if you ever got an error registering your product code, consider yourself just thrown 200 bucks into the longkang.

Dear Swtor - Customer Service Representative ,
I have wrote an email to the customer service before this , requesting help regarding my SWTOR product key is not working as it should.
However I have decided to write another mail requesting for assistance as it illustrates more details than the previous mail.
I have recently purchased a Digital retail key ( Standard Edition ) for Star Wars : the Old Republic game from a local reseller.
When I have obtained my key I was eager to register my product key on my account main page on the SWTOR.com website.
However to my disappointment , I was not able to get pass the verification page .
The product code blank display an error of ' message not found' error whenever I have attempted to input my product key.
To date I have been to the website, searching through countless thread on forum for solution . Unfortunately I was not able to find one.
I have already been checking out with my reseller, which according to him the key is genuine and fresh and unused .
Therefore I am wondering , what is going to happen now ? I have already spent quite an amount on the money and the game card itself ,
right now I am not only unable to enjoy the game, I can't even get past the verification process.
And for your information , I have read through some of the replies posted from the forum user regarding the matter .
It is a digital retail version that I have bought, I have only got the code, how am I ever going to be able to obtain a physical copy picture of the product ?
I been a long fan of Bioware games, and would like the SWTOR to assist me regarding the problem as soon as possible .
Thanks in advance .
This is what they replied

Greetings,
I am Protocol Droid M0-T0, Human Cyborg Relations.
Thank you for contacting us with your concerns about the Grace Period for Star Wars: The Old Republic coming to a close.
In order to continue playing from December 22nd 2011, you will need to have applied a retail product code to your account, and completed the ‘Ready to Play’ steps on your account at www.swtor.com
Please note that it is not obligatory to set up a Security Key on your account, but this is the only optional step. The previous four steps must show as completed in order for you to continue playing.
Please check that your account displays the following information:
1. Five Security Questions!
2. Contact information Complete!
3. You have redeemed a Product Registration code!
4. You have subscribed!
If it does not, please check the steps you previously completed to ensure that they have correctly updated on our system.
If you have not yet received your retail product key from Origin, or are worried that you may have lost or deleted their email, please try the following to retrieve your code:
1. Go to www.origin.com and click on ‘Download Origin’ at the top of the page.
2. Once the file has downloaded, double-click on it to run it.
3. Log in to the Origin Client using the email address and password you used to purchase the game.
4. Click on ‘My Games’ at the top of the Origin window.
5. You will then see images of all the games you have purchased through Origin, look for Star Wars: The Old Republic there.
6. Under the title of the game is a small i symbol, please click on this and you will be brought to a screen displaying detailed information on the game, including your product code.
7. Copy the displayed code, and navigate to www.swtor.com, log into your account and apply the code.
Please note that the above workaround will only work for digital editions purchased through Origin.
If you purchased the game from a third-party retailer and have not yet received your copy, we would ask that you please contact them, requesting an update on the status of your order.
We hope that the above will assist you to get back to playing Star Wars: The Old Republic as soon as possible.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any more questions about this, or any other issue.
Galactic Support is our Specialty…
Sincerely,
Protocol Droid M0-T0
As you can see, the reply is probably generated by their bot . They did not even read your mail, all they did is just putting every mail they received into 1 category and use the scripted reply on every single
