went for 25k service today. Technician found radiator is leaking. the fan casing contact with the radiator. Being advised to leave the car until monday when the part come and replaced.

I refused, since monday only part come no point i leave my car there, and i 'm not travelling this 2 days except for buying food nearby, so i decided send the car on monday.

note: my car is fine, temperature normal.

guys please check the bottom of radiator by using torchlight(from top). See if any green coolant fluid spotted. if yes then it is leaking.

Please use the search function & search this or the previous thread for answers. It had been discussed more than a few times.

Naive ma.. Ppl that said that are ppl that cannot accept Proton has come a long way in making a car that handles well and stable at high speeds. Not so much on the interior quality & stuffs, but hey, since they already have Lotus in their hands, it'll be dumb if they don't fully utilize & integrate Lotus' Engineering & Handling into their more average-income-consumer products, right?

Design fail. Bosch makes the IAFM module & the sensors only according to Proton's specifications. They do not have any part in R&D in the IAFM department. The problem would be totally eliminated if they make IAFM out of metal/alloy, but the cost will go up & it'll be slightly heavier.

Civic Type R FD2 comes with speed limiter at 185 KM/h.. Our stock car can soldier on to 210-220 KM/h.. But that's only if u can find a stretch long enough to do so

sound like a serious problem you have there. I din hear any forumers has this kind of problem oh. you are the 1st one. LOL after start you car straight up to 8k? then if idling what is the rpm? did your car produce a loud rev sound when start your car? Cos 8k rpm your car sure will screaming loudly.

After fitting my new brake pad..
There some funny sound when braking..
Today I decided went back there and ask the seller..
He said because of the disc surface and the brake pad haven't bedded in on the disc yet..
I ask him how to remove the sound in faster way..
He said by skimming the disc, will make the surface flat.. 
Now I can brake without any funny sound 

guys, can change brake to bigger rotors? what will be the differenes?

In real world it does 

today play play wit vios at normal city road(2 lane)..bcoz got one slow car drive in front of us,so both of us drove around 60kmh and i'm behind of it..once the slow car move to left lane,the vios keep accelerate and i'm follow oso..can c the vios low end power reali good lo..i need to rev to 5k rpm juz can chase it..but once hit above 100kmh,then he no power ady and i juz overtake it easily..i reali feel my car very power and feel syiok when i rev my car to 6k rpm lo..seems the power from 4.5k to 6.5k rpm was climb faster lo

my one cant tapau it from 0-100,maybe 100-180 still got chance..yup,i wanna ask,everytime when i drive around 80kmh(tis speed onli for example,in fact how fast oso will happen),my rpm is 2.1k..when i press more a bit deep of pedal,the rpm will go to around 2.6k rpm,is it normal?sometimes when i drive around 60kmh and wanna overtake car,i press half to force the gear change to 3rd gear,the speed go to 90kmh wit around 3.2k rpm,once i release a bit pedal,then the rpm will drop to around 2.8k and the gearbox juz will automatically change to 4nd gear lo..is it normal for all PE?

The whole car like "chok ha chok ha" I donno how to explain in english..
It's like the engine wanna move but wanna stop 
The RPM keep moving up and down between 900-1000
Anyone got this problem or anyone can test on their car?
