I personally think that even if you do not have any updates you should still reply my PM saying you will be looking into it rather than ignoring me. If there is issue on the upgrade you can let me know. I am hanging here and do not know if you are working on it, not knowing if someone will be coming.

Please show more professionalism if you are here to offer a service and gaining businesses.

I already informed you on Friday Nov 2 no installer yet to your case. It was late due to clash with your previous order of byond HD and i already informed you about this. I also informed you that I caught with fever when u called on friday.So very sorry with your case and i'll try to fix this when i return to office next week.

Are you mixing me up with another person? I have never called you before. The last time I communicate with you was Thursday, telling me the previous installer have not return the set and will ask him to return as soon as possible after saying you wake up in the mid night forgotten my case. I replied saying I will wait for your update and there is never update since then.

I agree with other forumer. Joe is not professional and never replies email/SMS/PM/call after he gets the sale. I will call Astro to terminate the line and get from a new installer.

My upgrade has finally been completed but there are indeed hiccups to be tackled (I myself needs to make several calls to Astro to find out what is happening and instruct them what to do). I wouldn't say Joe is irresponsible, but perhaps service needs to be improved to gain more satisfied customers.
