Sent email to Tm they still nope reply.. how poor the service.

Domain registration is controlled by MyNIC or InterNIC, what domain name you want to register ?

You don't have use TM only since their service are suck (remember they didn't reply your email) ?
You can go for other provider as suggested by others.

i check the domain still available. But the problem is netmyne. my bos buy a package office in the box .
so the problem is i cannot create domain name .

or better u read in here..

netmyne is good because they don't impose data transfer limit.
last time i subscribe their service (webspace only)
the domain name they provide (free one) is something like
www.yourdomainname.netmyne.com
...hmmm last time i email them and did get reply...

how long u need to wait their reply ur email?

Which package did your boss purchase ? Streamyx ? Unifi ?

If you want your domain name something like "mycompany.netmyne.com" then you must rely on TM, but if you want the domain name like "company.com" or "company.com.my" then just contact those hosting provider.

1st email no reply,
sent again 2nd time..few days later than receive reply.

you still haven't resolved your problem yet? i think you better call vendor to help you setup, w/o knowing the terms is very difficult to guide you unless there has someone using same product and he willing to guide you step by step.

Already told you before...

If want custom name for the domain name then any hosting provider will do the job for you.

If want something like "company.netmyne.com" then only look for TM otherwise forget about them entirely.

Good god, is the issue still persist? There's a support ticket tracker at their website http://support.netmyne.com . Oh, i do apologize for necro-ing the thread though. Just need to pass that link, in case anyone receive the same issue.

just wanna ask, are there email provider in your experience have good services beside netmyne.....in this month netmyne server down 2 times already, it effect my company business as well...anyone have suggestion?
