Domain registration is controlled by MyNIC or InterNIC, what domain name you want to register ?

You don't have use TM only since their service are suck (remember they didn't reply your email) ?
You can go for other provider as suggested by others.

i check the domain still available. But the problem is netmyne. my bos buy a package office in the box .
so the problem is i cannot create domain name .

if me.. try to find other service.. TM SO BAD

netmyne is good because they don't impose data transfer limit.
last time i subscribe their service (webspace only)
the domain name they provide (free one) is something like
www.yourdomainname.netmyne.com
...hmmm last time i email them and did get reply...

1st email no reply,
sent again 2nd time..few days later than receive reply.

you still haven't resolved your problem yet? i think you better call vendor to  help you setup, w/o knowing the terms is very difficult to guide you unless there has someone using same product and he willing to guide you step by step.
