if he's is a R480, it will be 12 pipeline, and he can unlock the extra 4 pipelines

Owh, sorry bout that, but if not mistaken, Empire23 told me that Sapphire X800GTO's are all 12 pipelines. oops, I didn't notice that storm88 is GT not GTO, my mistake. if GT its all gonna be 8 pipelines only

Well, If I had the choice I would go for a Connect3D or Sapphire, Abang Empire23 told me that Sapphire's GTO2's are unlockable to 16 pipelines, I got a friend who just got it, and he unlocked it already

even with the 12 pipelines, it will still be faster in many aspects, since its 0.90 nm technology and features many other features like avivo and so on

I've seen HIS cards, they can sumtimes be a lil problematic compared to Sapphire or Powercolor or GeCube
