I'm planning to paint my new double storey house 22x65, interior and exterior. so how much do u guys think the market rate is? i've recd a few quotation but it seems like too expensive. some even quoted RM8000 including the paint. another contractor charge me RM3000 exclude paint. Is thr any1 have any contact of painter around johor area? Thanks in advance

as i DIY myself. not really hard for me.

But if you cannot do it then make sure you go wit the one that comes wit paint else the one wit out paint will just use your paint like drinking water. very wasteful. my friends got lots of bad xp. in addition make sure they use correct paint and of decent quality

The price is still acceptable & reasonable.

Labour for painting double storey house in klang valley should be between 3k to 3.5k. Mostly does not include painting the windows grille and gate. To do these, they may charge additional.
Some painter will charge more if the condition of you wall is bad and requires touching up before painting.

However, I have received quotation for 5k and he claims that his workers are experience. Don't really know how good are they as I never use his service.
