Sorry, I highly disagree with you. I will stand with King Raja's boys right until the end, regardless of whether we win or lose at Bukit Jalil this Thursday. I stand by my belief that the team we have now is the best Malaysian team ever in recent memory, and this squad will be the catalyst to go further up the ladder of Asian football.

Actually I can name a few: Azman Adnan, Akmal Rizal, Eddy Helmi Manan and Khalid Jamlus. But when it mattered the most, they did not perform. Safee Sali is in a different class of his own because when his service is needed the most, he delivers. That's what makes him a really fabulous player.

And Safiq Rahim....wow, words fail me to describe this little dynamo, the maestro of the midfield. His services will be sorely missed this Thursday.

Our main target is to be in the asian cup 2015. Third round world cup would be a bonus. Defending wise at this moment,we suck big time. yes they were good players too but as u said, safee is in a class of his own. hopefully he can stays injury free for years. players malaysia ni pantang injured, terus out of form nanti.

i don't know how to stress this thing but i'm really2 confident dat safiq will be a better player if he goes to play abroad. indonesian super league maybe? at least their league grade in asia is B while ours is D. n their's is the best in south east asia atm.

center back memang masalah.. jadi saya cadangkan mulai sekarang fokus attack dari wing..
larikan bola tu dari sentiasa main di tengah padang, center midfield nampak je singapura cuba control game dari tengah padang terus je buat tackle.
jangan main sangat kat tengah padang.. kena practice bawa bola atas line putih tepi padang dan buat perfect cross.. perfect passing.
dan center midfield nampak je bola muntah.. terus rembat masuk gol.. center midfield kena praktis long shot sampai betul2 yakin.. kita main full attack.

saya expect defender Malaysia akan bocor lagi.. dah 4 game semua pun camtu juga..
jadi setiap kali singapura sumbat 1 gol, kita balas balik dengan 2 gol.. penat juga nak main camni..

indeed.i've been following Malaysian football from the days of azman adnan,rusdi suparman until now.i never see a striker who can really perform whether for club or country like safee.his coolness and sharpness is what differ him and the older strikers.

safiq,like i said before,is Malaysia's best CM since shukor adan.the general in midfield who dictates the tempo of the game.
