I need some sifus advice.

The definition of DIBS is clearly understood. However, is that always 1st year DIBS start from S/P signed or loan disbursement.

You can visit I&P AI showroom. The last time i saw 22x75 units will be launched in 2013. Not certain about the price. Hopefully in the range of 600k or even higher by next year hmm.gif

2) Distance - 35km vs 35km
3) Highway accessibility - Guthrie/NKVE vs Kesas/LKSA
4) Toll rates - RM1.40 vs RM0.60
5) Layout - Contemporary vs conventional
6) Amnesties - Nothing yet vs Giant/Carrefour/Econsave
7) ROI - Pray hard both good returns. smile.gif

Equal values, both win-win. So no answer to your question.
