I have got a property near that area. In my opinion, it is not such a bad location. Tesco, Taylors International school, The Wharf, Millenia shopping, Setia Walk (TGV cinema) and LRT will be within 3 km radius. Slightly further within 15 minutes drive, you can go to IOI resort mall (rumored to be as big as Mid Valley). One open type shopping mall just at Seri Kembangan exit which is 5 minutes away is also near (rumored to have MBO cinema). So basically, we will be surrounded by shopping malls and Tesco (Bandar Bukit Puchong 2),Carrefour (Puchong Utama), Giant (Bandar Puteri and Seri Kembangan). However, still, if you compare this are and Alam Impian, I believe Alam Impian has better planning, accesibility and better area. I am also vested in Alam Impian so maybe my view is unbiased.

If given the chance to choose between this and Alam Impian Pentas, of course I would choose Alam Impian Pentas. IMHO is a no brainer. However, I still think the location is not that bad, though coz a lot of development coming in that area and I think Puchong a bit semak coz too many developers come out with small2 taman.

Do you have any problem so far? I am getting a lot of problem from this lady called RxHani. She hasnt been answering my calls, replying to my sms or emails and never return my calls.

I feel like giving up already. I was thinking of her "periuk nasi" and thats why never complain but now I feel like a sohai and ready to give a piece of my mind. Maybe she feels that a 7 figures deal is small but for me I think it is a huge amount. Never respect customer at all.

i am so fed up already. last time when she wanted me to get the loan, she acted so nice and very attentive. Now after I signed, her true colours started showing. BS. Nobody here taking any loan from her aaa? Just want to know if you have experienced what I have experienced here

Yeah pushing is one thing but this one never answer calls, never reply sms, never return calls. Maybe she always deal with 8 figures deal. so 7 seems small. Really dissapointed.

For me, 6 figures also a lot of money. No bankers should play dumb in dealing with those figures
