Great, after my previous case with Mandarake that my paypal account has been banned by them due to dispute with missing items, now comes amiami.
One of my Registered SAL parcel went missing the first time with AmiAmi so I contacted them and filed a dispute with Paypal, after awhile I got my money back. So recently one of the nendoroid BR STRG that I ordered with them got canceled without notice, I am suspecting AmiAmi black-listed my account...upset like shit atm |

Back from outing, feeling better now.
Anyway, ^ regarding above, I didn't do anything wrong here, afaik I contacted every single related party Pos Malaysia, AmiAmi, Mandarake, Paypal, none able to help me but they pushed the problem to each others aka AmiAmi asked me to contact local post office and PosMalaysia asked me to refer back to the website I bought from. And to answer your above question, obviously I got my money back due to the tracking system is on my favor, It clearly shows I did not receive the item and also shows that my SAL registered parcel had insurances on it more than my item value on it, Paypal refunded me base on that. And to answer your point about being hostile? I am the victim here, opening a dispute it's to seek a forced communication, because AmiAmi does not respond to me clearly and kept asking me to check with my local post office which I did or kept asking me to wait on further replies, that is why I seek for Paypal's 45 days dispute, oh yea just to remind that the tracking code, insurances everything etc shows where the item is, I don't see a point of not pushing it to a "claim" after 30 days of communication with AmiAmi, in before it was pushed to 4-5 months delay of insurances refund later where AmiAmi or JP airline take their time tracking my parcel, in before I did anything stupid enough to not protect myself, and in before Pos Malaysia being a retard. I apologize if any of my sentences is being hostile to you, in before bad things happen. My Mandarake case is even more worst than this, I got banned directly due to their mis-handling, mailing me an item that has missing part and refuse to believe my pictures and claim their worker will never make mistakes. I believe 100% the mishandling on AmiAmi case is caused by either our kastam or pos malaysia, z_z.
But mailing them to seek for insurance? lol its gonna take 1 year if I m lucky, or 2 years from my experiences. Since I paid insurances and I paid with Paypal and the tracking code clearly shows I did not receive the item, of course I will get back my money...with the fastest and most reliable way possible... no point bringing the fuss up and trying to tell every single party to help me when I can just solve it myself with the help of "Paypal's professionals dispute manager". dunwan assume so much but I got 3 items totaled up missing from poslaju before and my insurance claim of RM100 each still haven't gotten back yet, already 1 year.
