Every courier service has it's pros and cons, I still uses Poslaju, even after they gave me so many troubles, that's cause yea sometimes their "employee" causes problems, so it isn't entirely the company's fault. I don't judge base on 1 person's action, Poslaju isn't a 1-man company, it's 1 of Malaysia's biggest corporate.

But yea srsly, the manager need to give some actual training to their staff, farking call up or leave a note, don't just "cincai" slacker attiitude wtf man
