Hi guys, need your help. I got a iPhone 3gs and got one problem here. Got one time I sync with my laptop and then after that t unplug the cable and suddenly there is an error. It said this accessory is not optimize for this iPhone and from that onwards, don't have sound. Play games don have sound and close the phone also don have sound. But I tried to plug my earphone to it and it got sound. What happen ah??

Guys, i need some opinion, should i buy 16GB or 32GB ?

Just wondering, did either Singapore apple service centre or Malaysia apple service centre do provide unlocking service for iphone4? I mean legally block a locked phone from UK. Not using gevey , jailbreak etc etc. Appreciate any advice

Need some help here as i don't have the experience yet..So sifus,please advice..i'll go straight to the point.

My sis-in-law bought an iphone 3gs last year,it's already jailbroken(don't know which method,n i didn't even ask). So,yesterday she restored the iphone(don't know which ios)..n now,when i looked at it,the 3gs has these problems;

a) 3gs can't detect sim card..using celcom previously..so i try swap the sim with my wife's maxis sim into the 3gs n still can't detect it

b) connect to itunes view at startup  n emergency calls only

c) When connect the 3gs to itunes, itunes said the simcard is not supported.
Can somebody explain to me what is actually happening??thru my readings,i'd say that the 3gs is a locked set (but don't know which country)..is it true?? if so,how do i fix this?? your input is very much appreciated,thanks guys

That's the problem..i can't even view the usual 'home' view..simply said,dont know what ios,dont know what baseband its currently in,n don't know which locked set its coming from..

Any suggestion on which unlocked method to use??so many,i got confused..some use snowbreeze,some use gevey sim(n its for ip 4 only if im not mistaken)

BTW,isn't the iphones in malaysia is already an official unlocked set??

That's what i thought too..but as i mentioned before,are u sure there's a gevey sim that works to unlock a 3gs locked set??could u guide me where,coz already googled but to no avail.

is there any other way to know the ios,baseband,serial no. etc  given that i can't access them??

I am using an iPhone 3Gs white. My volume button has dropped off about 3 times now & no, my iPhone casing isn't the cause of this nor is the way I use it. I was wondering if anyone else faces this problem.

First time my Lock button came off on the same day as my volume button. I got that both fixed & from then, only the volume button keeps falling off, lol! 

Does iPhone 4 have this problem too? 

Alright, so I'm guessing that the problem is only for the 3G models huh.

btw guys, in contacts, if we put the picture of the contacts using photo from camera roll, after we delete the photo will the photo in contacts gone too?

Need help here. Recently I can't download nor update any apps from iPhone AppStore. Everytime I tried to download an app, it will prompt me "Unable to download", ask me to connect to iTunes on computer then I can download. But then i'm still unable to download from iPhone. Each time I need to download from pc iTunes then sync to iPhone it is really troublesome. Any idea why is it so?

My iphone 4 got some problem lately, which is my home button very hard to press, wanna send for warranty~~ My friends say apple will never repair the iphone, they will replaced 1 to 1 to you provided a valid reason.

I wanna ask is it true?? Will Apple replace 1 to 1 to you or tey send it for repair??

My fren buy it from singapore and his phone blackout, send in warranty, then 1 to 1 replaced, just wandering is it Malaysia same??

4.3.5 is the latest version of the iOS 4.x family. You should use 4.3.5. Firmware older than what is posted at http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ , usually will not pass validation with Apple when you try and restore to them.

Unfortunately, I believe the only jailbreak available for 4.3.5 is a tethered one at the moment.

If you can hold off for a while, iOS 5 *should* be released soon - Possibly next month. It might be less stressful just to hold off till then.

tried playing with silent button, still same...

i even try to install winterboard sms tone, no sms sound still...
