Anyone knows where to buy those jelly ones with fruit slices in it? Only came up in recent years. Looking high and low.
Sadly to say, the tradition is dying. Everything is way too commercialised these days. Expensive mooncakes cos of the packaging they come in. Less families gathering to play lantern. Kids would rather play with their iphone/ipad/HTC than to get their hands burnt by candlewax outside.

(01) Do you take the festival seriously? I take it as a time to eat. I know the stories about the 2 lovers and also the one about the passing messages in war (was that Moon Cake Festival?) But yeah, this is mostly for me to eat. (02) If you do, how many averagely do you buy for presents a year? I don't buy. My relatives and my family will exchange and I will eat. (03) What is your favourite brand? I like all. My fave flavour is red bean.

(01) Do you take the festival seriously? Not really. Just another reason to eat (02) If you do, how many averagely do you buy for presents a year? 1 or 2bxs (03) What is your favourite brand? Always double yolk, snow skin & shanghai mooncake. I've tried low sugar tiramisu and low sugar chocolate and it SUCKS.

I have never fancied mooncake. I find it very sweet and I don't like the taste. Normally just eat one small slice to be polite.
Best part of mooncake festival is having a party. Lol.
