Got a lelong unit sold from here today. At reserve price 721k. Single bidder won unchallenged. Not sure is cheap enough or not. Scroll above coz got another cheaper yet bigger size lelong unit at below 700k.

Wow. Much higher than last month reserve price of only 738k. When 738k time nobody interested. Once again lesson here, do not wait for price to drop too low. So-so winning price. Buyer market is back.
