Got letter for collection of keys for block G

In the letter, it state
"We also, wish to inform you that LIM & YEOH are acting as our solicitor in this matter, therefore kindly forward the last 7.5% of the selling price directly to them RM67,650.75 Your early remittance is appreciated."

Does it include in the selling price (instalment) or we must pay this beside the selling price?

Heard that the fire door of our unit entrance cannot be remove. It looks bad.

Not sure whether you guys have the same problem anot. The living room floor color is not the same. I ask them to redo again.

Leaking issue everywhere. Car park leaking, hall leaking, toilet leaking, kitchen leaking, near lift area leaking. Worse than low cost flat. Fking regret to buy a unit here. Titijaya do not fking care.
