Hi there, would really appreciate comments on my routine, have a look. I'm basically sticking to 2 exercises for now, purely for fatloss. Running (treadmill) and swimming. Will add in more swimming hours, to increase height. No weights because of the myth that it stunts growth.

PLAN :
MONDAY : Running
TUESDAY : Running
WEDNESDAY : Rest
THURSDAY : Rest
FRIDAY : Running
SATURDAY : Swimming
SUNDAY : Running
Running details : HIIT plan ; 1 minute sprint, 2 minutes catching back my breath.
2 speeds ; Catching breath : 4.0, Fast : 7.0, Incline : 3.0 (throughout)
Total of 45 minutes.
Swimming details : Olympic Size 50m ; Breastroke, 8 laps. (slow, for cardio)
DIET : Less carbohydrates, more proteins, more greens.
Eating more spicy food to increase metabolism.
Avoiding all other drinks except hot chinese tea and mineral water.
No sugar intake (sweets, desserts).
Please read through and advise. Have started since 1st of June, but the weighing scale shows no improvement.
