Download Titanium backup from market to backup app. CWM only backup ROM if not mistaken.

ya. the best way is app use titanium to backup, rom use cwm to backup

It is recommended that you wipe all data (apps will be gone) when going from one rom to another different rom. And you can always use Titanium Backup to backup/restore all your apps and saved games data.

so if i wipe dalvik cache
all my apps wil still remained?

so it will be useless for flashing a new rom
cos when u restore
your phone will be restored to the previous rom too

you all need to disable your current pattern lock to none first

are you guys using 2.2 rom...? My guess is the lockscreen won't work on 2.3 custom rom.
